BODY ARCHITEK - Building a healthy body
Body Architek is a fully equipped Private Fitness Studio, providing a specialised fitness solution in a private setting. There are NO joining fees, NO distractions, NO stress of crowded gyms or waiting for equipment.
Body Architek offers one on one Personal Training up to one on four, Boxing, Bootcamp Fitness and Group Fitness Training sessions. There is a high emphasis on supervision, motivation and keeping you accountable to your health and fitness.
The focus is all about YOU and YOUR goals!
So if you are just beginning your fitness journey, dealing with a short or long term injury, want to lose weight/body fat or perhaps you are a sportsperson wanting to take it to the next level, I will cater for you and your fitness levels.
My goal is to offer fitness to everybody at every level available.

If you have a 1 on 1 Personal Training session at least once a week you are entitled to attend any class session for FREE!
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Group Fitness - Capped at 8 people. This class is designed for the beginner right through to the advanced participant and accommodates for all levels of strength and fitness. The sessions focus on strength, flexibility, cardio and core strength.
Bootcamp Fitness - This is your traditional style of bootcamp, using tyres, ropes, sandbags, bodyweight, etc. Aimed at participants who like to workout in the outdoors in a team environment. Catered to all levels of fitness.
Boxing - Capped at 10 people. Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout. Great for all levels of strength and fitness. Every beginner is supplied with quickwraps to protect knuckles and wrists inside the gloves. Then you are progressed onto handwrapping.
With all sessions you get out what you put in!
